When I was about to retire in 2008 I realized I had no idea what I was going to do. So I sat in a stream in the mountains for a day and meditated and asked Spirit for guidance. The totally unexpected message was: Polymer Clay. I knew nothing about it and had never used it, but the message was clear.

I went home and contacted my local polymer clay guild, and met a woman there who became my full time mentor while I was learning the basics. It's a good thing, because I might have given up otherwise, and missed a load of fun.

Then, I was having way too much fun, producing too much, filling up my house. Again I asked Spirit what to do, and the clear answer was: Give it to Charity. So that's what I did, and will do again when I am able. I'm keeping track of my sales so I can do that.

I hang out in my studio and enjoy my work, and then enjoy even more being of service and inspiring others to give their gifts of the heart in whatever way works for them.
